Daylight Savings Time and Daily Battles

Not the post you might have been expecting, but the daily battles have not reset yet.  In trying to figure out why the dailies are now at 5 PM PST instead of 4 PM, I discovered that Vindictus is run independent of Daylight Savings Time (DST).  This means that prior to the autumn DST, the dailies were at 5 PM PST as they are now.
