Vindictus' New Dock System

Vindictus simplified their battle boat system by combining all the docks you were familiar with into two different types of docks: Battle and Exploration.

Battle Docks:
The Battle docks are what you grew to know and love; you'll find all your regular battles here.  The difference now is that you don't have to walk from dock to dock to find games from different chapters (with the exception of Chapter 6 and 7, which are in Rocheste).  The Battle dock system allows you to select a specific region to look for battles at the convenience of one dock.  But how does this affect the dailies you ask?  Well, instead of categorizing battles based on the chapters, Nexon, decided to separate them by regions.  There are now a total of 9 different regions, which translates to as many as 9 daily battles per day, so long as you're at a high enough level.  Here's a list of the different regions ordered by ascending level requirements:
  1. Perilous Ruins
  2. Hoarfrost Hollow
  3. Ainle
  4. Prairie Entrance* (Prairie Entrance, Prairie Gnoll, The Fleeing Gnoll King)
  5. Ruins of Sanctity
  6. Hoarfrost Depths
  7. Hilder Forest Ruins*
  8. Fomorian Base
  9. Sewers
 * denotes new daily battles after Titan Patch

Exploration Docks
The Exploration Docks contain battles that are side missions for the most part. Notably, the Exploration Docks at Colhen allow you access to the Fishing Raid at the Ignacht River, and Resenlian's Labyrinth.

That's it for Vindictus' New Dock System. Stay tuned for a post on Resenlian's Labyrinth as soon as I get more information on it.

Also, I'd greatly appreciate comments/suggestions.

Congratulations Vindictus: An Addicting F2P MMORPG

I'm not most people, but congratulations Vindictus/Nexon!  You were able to keep me attracted to your game for over 6 months.  Of the MMORPGs that I have played, I usually quit a couple of months in, and with my main character at a level no higher than the 30s range.  I haven't played too many MMORPGs, but I have played: Runes of Magic; Granado Espada (Sword of the New World); Silk Road Online; RuneScape; Ragnarok Online; and even Nexon's very own MapleStory.

None of these games mentioned above were addicting enough to keep me playing past level 50.  Vindictus, however, is one of the only free-to-play MMORPGs that have kept me interested enough to reach level 53 (and I'm still interested!).  I think it's addictiveness doesn't come from their daily battle system, but from their unique physics-based, almost FPS-esque, and fast-paced style of play.  With the minor exception of Rocheste, Vindictus also did a great job in eliminating the ubiquitous chore of walking great distances to complete quests and fight different monsters.  So once again, congratulations Vindictus!  You got me hooked.
