Armor Discrimination & Level Discrimination

Discrimination is evident in our society; it is also evident in the Vindictus community as well.  And it doesn't involve racism.  It is concerned with armor and level discrimination.  Those with old armor sets, or of lower levels will be booted from a boat almost instantaneously.
I'm frugal so I've personally been equipped with the Savage armor set (level 20-24 armor) for the longest time now.  My character was level 46 at the time, and I have been booted out of a fair share of battles (not so much now with Light Melca Mail Set).

I think the discrimination comes from the general distrust of someone who simply seems like a noob or that the host simply can't afford to lose another battle.  Perhaps these people have failed many battles because of bad players at low levels or with bad equipment.  I understand where they are coming from, but they shouldn't stereotype players based on their equipment or level; instead, they should play out the battle and see the skill level of the particular player (perhaps Nexon can implement a win/loss ratio for all battles).

Hell, sometimes, I join games where players with Laghodessa armor set (20 levels above the Savage Set that I wore) constantly die on the boss and have to be revived until the party runs out of feathers.  The discrimination is evident, but it all comes down to the skill of the player, and of course the omnipotent latency.  As a suggestion, perhaps players that discriminate should title their boats with descriptions like: Only Level 50+, or Good Equipment Only.  It'll sure save us one load screen.
